Why Should You Go Further Study in Canada?
Easy to apply for the immigration: If you are a graduate student in any university in Ontario, Canada, and the IELTS-G score 6.0 (single skill is no less than 6.0), you can apply the Ontario Provincial immigrant Nominee program. No work experience required. The Master’s Immigration Program is currently recognized as the “fastest” and “lowest cost” Canadian immigration method.
Use GMAT score or GRE score to boost the success rate for your application: Canada’s master program include two types: course-based and research-based. Course-based program is easier because you will graduate after you finish the course. You need to finish your own research for research-based program and that’s why English native-speaker is more popular when they apply for the research-based program. As an international student, if you have the GMAT or GRE score, it will help a lot because it will show your ability to finish the research.
High value for money: the tuition fee is relatively low compared with other western country. According to Statistics Canada, the average tuition fees for international students in 2017/18 are CA$25,180 (~US$20,540) per year.
Employment is guaranteed: Ontario’s employment rate is relatively high, providing a large number of job vacancies every year. If you are a master student, it’s even easier for you to get a job. You will get up to 3 years work permit after you graduate from school.
Work while you study: you are allowed to work up to 20 hours a week while you are doing full time studying. It’s a great way to save money and get work experience while you are still a student.
Academic Requirements for International Students
Hold an undergraduate degree: A master’s degree is the first level of graduate study. To apply for a master degree you usually must already hold an undergraduate degree (a bachelor’s degree). A master’s degree typically requires a year and one-half to two years of full-time study.
GRE or GMAT: GRE is usually required by top ranked Public Universities in Canada. It is also true that lower ranked universities might not ask for GRE or if they do, they usually waive it. Colleges like George Brown College, Seneca – Toronto, Canada do not ask for GRE. They might waive off IELTS or TOLFE score too.
GPA: Graduate school GPA expectations also depends on whether you’re applying to a master’s or doctoral program. Typically, master’s programs accept lower GPAs than doctoral programs. For example, at Illinois State University, the minimum GPA required for admission is 2.8 for master’s students and 3.0 for Ph.D.
Work experience: Some university will consider work experience as a bonus if you have outstanding work experience.
What Should I Do If I Can’t Meet The Basic Requirements?

Language program:
If you meet all the other academic requirements except the language, you may attend the university’s language program. After you graduated from the university’s language center you will be allowed to get into the university.
