Senior Delivery Analyst

Key activities (not limited to):
Drive day to day Agile based implementation/delivery processes, which include tool support and managing end user communication (across functions and geographies)
Responsible for delivery of tool customization based on clients need, driving overall answers from delivery perspective (feasibility, data needed) as well as provide technical guidance to team on deliverables
Manages multiple stakeholders ranging from clients, project teams, developers and vendors
Support and Delivers ad-hoc requests from project and proposal teams, using inhouse software and visualizations tools
Manages existing products, databases, reports and other information/knowledge sets, ensuring data integrity and data usability
Responsible for promoting (internal) the existing products and offerings in Greater China region.
Builds easy-to-use and interactive analysis models as per business requirements
Prioritizing product quality and identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data
Embeds security and risk guidelines into every aspect of performed tasks and analysis
Support capability building of the team by executing continuous technical and non-technical trainings, and creating documentation for the team, based on business needs
Analyzes data for product development/management purposes and client support work
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Non-technical skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and can operate autonomously in a structured manner. Handling multiple projects while maintaining a high service level.
Previous experience of working in application support team(s), client delivery roles and global stakeholders/teams would be a big plus
Create and maintain technical design documentation
Ability to fluently communicate in English and Mandarin is a must, other languages are nice to have.

Cloud Technologies (Intermediate/Advanced)
SAAS Delivery/Implementation (Advanced)
SQL (Advanced)
Excel (Intermediate/Advanced)
Alteryx (Basic)
Tableau (Basic)
Basic understanding of object-oriented programming: C#, VBA
Education or Certifications
Masters’ degree in Engineering, Computer science, or related field (Top 50 universities preferred)
Work Experience
3-5+ years of total experience
3+ years in the field of data management/analysis and/or software implementation
Previous experience of working in client delivery roles
Previous experience working with global stakeholders/teams
