Requirements：

Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the automotive sales consultants.

Develop and implement monthly promotional strategies and sales-incentive programs.

Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee the hiring of team members.

Complete monthly formal reports of Sales team performance.

Manage compliance with Provincial/Territorial, Local and Federal regulations.

Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.

Assist with vehicle inventory management.

Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.

Perform other duties as required.

Description：

Maintain an effective environmental management system.
Update, develop, monitor and evaluate the environmental effectiveness and regulatory compliance readiness on a regular basis.
Prepare environmental reports and registrations.
Ensure all environmental documents maintained as per environmental system requirements.
Effectively manage working week to meet reporting and task completion deadlines.
Liaise with the government, cooperation partners and other organizations with similar interests.
Take external environmental training and provide internal training.
Perform other duties as assigned by EHS manager
