Job Responsibilities:

Manager duties:

According to the investment work plan and work tasks, investment promotion

work will be arranged.

Conduct specific negotiations with major customers to properly handle the relationship between customers and investment people.

Coordinate the relationship between the various investment personnel

Arrange the use of the business room according to the customer’s specific conditions and specific requirements

Assistant duties:

Responsible for daily direct negotiations with customers

Explain the investment promotion policy

Responsible for contacting customers and collecting customer profiles

Responsible for explaining all aspects of the customer’s understanding of the business

Career requirements:

Manager requirements

Have practical experience in commercial property investment

Have an excellent understanding of the industries

Coordination and planning capabilities,

Having a good English Proficiency requires communication and negotiation between China and the West.

Assistant requirements:

Familiar with the project’s situation and investment rules,

Deeply understand the investment promotion policies of the project,

Familiar with the project operation process,

Have a good understanding of the catering and leisure industry,

Negotiating and communication skills

Have a certain financial analysis ability.

Manager: annual salary of more than 150,000
