About the Role:
As a bookkeeper your role includes, but are not limited to:
- Payments to clients in time, including wire transfer, e-transfer, etc.
- Full-cycle accounting, includes journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliation, monthly and year-end financial statement preparation
- Accounts Receivable, collection procedures
- Reviewing/organizing expense reports and reconciliation
- Government tax calculations and remittances
- Assist with financial statement preparation, month-end and year-end
- Reporting our transaction records to the government regulator in compliance with legal requirements
- Assist in preparation of the Financial statement and Investment reports to investor
- Maintain and record company fixed assets
- Assist in performing various simple administrative tasks
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field
- 1 year experience as an accountant or similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks
- Impeccable accuracy with numbers and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a bonus
