Analyst – Greater China Office, Shanghai

As an expert in analysis and methodology, you will support our consultants and clients in a variety of industries by creating complex mathematical and economic models. You will develop prototypes in Excel and Access, conduct statistical analyses, and evaluate large data sets. Your work will be project-oriented, and you will often be responsible for the entire analytical process – from task definition to the implementation and interpretation of results to the delivery to the client.

 

In dialogues with company consultants and with clients, you will discuss your results constructively, in continuous search of the best possible solution. You will work in both the Shanghai office and on-site with clients. Your work is multifaceted and exciting, and you will gain insights into many industries and into management topics.

 

In project work and in exchanges with colleagues, you will deal with new intellectual challenges daily as well as build your industry and knowledge of methodology on an ongoing basis. A clearly defined career path will help you to continuously develop your skills.

 

– Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)

– Bachelor’s degree or above from top universities in sciences, engineering, economics, finance, or a related degree program and achieved outstanding academic results.

– 0-3years work experience

– Analytical thinker and also is able to solve problems independently and creatively.

– Experience and knowledge of data analysis are preferred.

– Comprehensive computer skills including database searching, PowerPoint, word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and online research
