The Role:
The Intakes Specialist will maintain a database by entering new and updating existing program intake information.

What you’ll be doing every day:
– Translating Intake information into data fields in the ApplyBoard Intakes system
– Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
– Entering Program Intake updates in ApplyBoard Intakes system
– Assist with researching and documenting admission intake information
– Assist with any Intake related tasks depending on the business needs

What you bring to the table:
– Highly organized
– Excellent typing skills
– Great time management Skills
– The prior data entry experience
– Google and Office Suites, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, Basecamp
– Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)
– Experience in Education Field
– Nice to have: Experience with international education documentation
