Senior Application Developer

Salary：$70,000 – $75,000/Year

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating new features and maintaining existing implementations based on business requirement and technical specifications
Applying principles and methodologies of scrum agile development practices
Documenting and testing to ensure the quality of the completed work requirement
Performing code reviews for other team members
Leading planning and design sessions, keeping other team members/stakeholders in the loop of the progress and ensure timely delivery
Regularly consulting with clients on the software, creating new programs, and testing newly installed programs to verify functionality
Prioritizing, and dealing with project issues

Qualifications:

2-4 yrs of experience in a C#/C++ Windows environment is a MUST
Knowledge and understanding of principles of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
Strong SQL and relational database skills (MS SQL)
Web development with experience in HTML, JavaScript, .NET, and CSS
Keen attention to detail; highly organized; self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal & communications skills – comfortable interacting with users at all levels
Crystal Reports
Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Bootstrap etc.
Ability to monitor and maintain process reliability
Ability to produce quality work in a timely manner
Keen to learn and keep up with new technology
Knowledge of several programming languages;
