Senior Administrator
- Must have a car and be able to drive to purchase the office supplies. (Gas subsidies by the company)
- Be able to work overtime and can be reached during the after working hours.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, in particular) and Google Drive
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations and contracts management, setting up for meetings, checking and reordering supplies frequently.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Operate all social media website.
- Employee must available to make a quick decision when the circumstance and situation apply.
Requirement
- College or Bachelor Degree graduated.
- Minimum 4-years relevant work experiences.
- Oversea applicant is required at the last 3 years of work experience and 2 year of Canada work experience.
- Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking.
- The foreign language is an asset and is required
- Candidate must able to travel according to the job requirement.
What we offer
- Salary annual earning is start from $42,000;
- 6 months probation periods.
- After Probation benefit and health care plan is available;
- Salary earning will be review by HR department after 1-year employment performance.
