Job Duty

  • Constructing spreadsheets, refining presentations, and propping special projects
  • Running telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system
  • Addressing and directing visitors
  • Placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
  • Coordinating schedules and activities
  • Assisting with calendars, including the coordination of meetings and conferences
  • Support on diverse projects for other employees as needed
  • Reviewing and modifying documents
  • Data entry, filing, word processing, scanning, and faxing
  • Property management duties such as property inspections, rent check pick up etc.
  • Outstanding data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
  • Proven ability to use the internet for research
  • Property experience an asset
  • The ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

Requirement

  • College or Bachelor Degree graduated.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant work experiences.
  • Oversea applicant is required at the last 3 years of work experience and 1 year of Canada work experience.
  • Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking.
  • The foreign language is an asset.
  • Candidate must able to travel according to the job requirement

What we offer

  • Salary annual earning is start from $36,000;
  • 6 months probation periods.
  • After Probation benefit and health care plan is available;
  • Salary earning will be review by HR department after 1-year employment performance.
