Junior Administrator
Job Duty
- Constructing spreadsheets, refining presentations, and propping special projects
- Running telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system
- Addressing and directing visitors
- Placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
- Coordinating schedules and activities
- Assisting with calendars, including the coordination of meetings and conferences
- Support on diverse projects for other employees as needed
- Reviewing and modifying documents
- Data entry, filing, word processing, scanning, and faxing
- Property management duties such as property inspections, rent check pick up etc.
- Outstanding data entry skills
- High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
- Proven ability to use the internet for research
- Property experience an asset
- The ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
Requirement
- College or Bachelor Degree graduated.
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experiences.
- Oversea applicant is required at the last 3 years of work experience and 1 year of Canada work experience.
- Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking.
- The foreign language is an asset.
- Candidate must able to travel according to the job requirement
What we offer
- Salary annual earning is start from $36,000;
- 6 months probation periods.
- After Probation benefit and health care plan is available;
- Salary earning will be review by HR department after 1-year employment performance.
