Junior Research Analyst

As a Junior Research Analyst you will be expected to serve internal clients (broad range of Client Service Teams) by providing first alert research support to consultants in various practices, you will
● Scope and problem solve with client service teams on their research requirements to clarify request objectives and determine most appropriate, cost-effective, and timely research/analytics approach
● Conduct in-depth research using relevant, qualified resources (e.g. proprietary and external databases and analyst reports) to provide the relevant and most updated information
● Conduct standard analysis as required and summarize, synthesize and package
research findings in a client-ready format (accurate, well-developed documents, databases, models, and/or charts)
● Support asset/knowledge development and client development, as needed (e.g. codify research findings in the form of Knowledge nuggets/detailed documents; support creation of LOPs etc.)
● Master basic company research toolkit (fluency in company terminology and concepts, understanding of the Firm’s knowledge network, knowledge of core information/data sources, facility with Firm format and IT tools)
● Collaborate and actively contribute to the work flow/activities within the global team and take initiative to help and support colleagues

Qualifications & Skills
● Strong academic background (Preferably Engineering or equivalent in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications)
● 1-2 years of work experience preferably in Digital/Core Tech. Fresh graduates also welcome those who come with a general understanding and interest in business technology/digital and can quickly ramp up on digital domain knowledge more around core tech.
● Excellent English communication skills – both written and oral
● Strong analytical and quantitative skills; solid problem-solving capabilities
● Good proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant analytics/statistical packages
● Professional attitude, intellectual curiosity, good team player, customer service orientation
● Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
● Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
