ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll work with the company Knowledge Center China. This position provides an excellent platform for researchers to build up broad and solid fundamental knowledge and skills in a wide range of topics, including macroeconomics, public sector, real estate, organization, etc.

You’ll be responsible for providing research support to consulting teams worldwide looking at the Chinese market. Also, you’ll have to articulate, scope, and prioritize research needs, and identify and gather relevant company, industry, and economic information using a broad spectrum of appropriate sources.

Further, you’ll be in charge of conducting interviews with regulators and companies and sharing insights, and providing synthesis, insight, and practical implications within tight deadlines, via end products in the form of single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, and spreadsheets. Serve as a thought partner, you’ll also have the chance to leverage internal and external networks, engage in team problem solving, share evolving business trends and best practices, and contribute to knowledge creation initiatives.

EXPECTED CREDENTIALS

 Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
 Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business, Organization management, Economics, Psychology, general liberal arts, etc
 Fresh graduate or 1-5 year work experience
 Experience in organization consulting, management consulting, organization design/HR team incorporates are preferred
 Excellent people skills, team-oriented, and professional etiquette
