What you will do:
· Ownership of HR general affairs in North America district, including all HR affairs after employee’s on-boarding process
· Have an in depth understanding of business, and provide the business team with practical and valuable services and support, and enhance the employee experience
· Expand, reserve, communicate and implement local human resource management suppliers to meet local human resource management requirements
· Find the problems in the implementation of functional system and policy through in depth business, and optimize the system, policy, process and tools

Who you are:
· Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above local HR experience, familiar with North American local HR policy
· Be user oriented, iterative awareness, single point to system optimization awareness
· Excellent communication skills and pushing ability, enjoy working in innovative and multi-cultural fast pace environments
· Excellent written and oral English as a must, fluent oral Chinese as a plus
