WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within the Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area with a focus in China, you will work in a growing team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets ( products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). You will
contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case te ams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

The Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area works with the world’s largest investment firms, serving eight client segments: Private Equity, Tech Capital, Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF), Pension Plan, Family Office, Credit / Distressed, Real Estate & Infrastructure, and He dge Funds. In leveraging our firm’s sector as well as functional experts across disciplines such as digital, technology, and operations we are adding value at every step of the investment life cycle – from transaction services to transformative profit improvement programs for portfolio companies to successful exit support.

YOU BRING
• 3+ years consulting experience in PIPE required; candidates with consulting
experience preferred
• Expertise in relevant PIPE topics as well as running due diligence
• Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred) with good academic record
• Fluency in English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
