Location: Toronto, Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the management direction to support accomplishing goals of customer acquisition loyalty and retention.
  • Communication with mobile internal team including product, promotion and system function development requirement.
  • Define requirements, design the implement plans and prepare feasibility analysis about implement plans.
  • Communicate with IT vendors about the implement plans including requirements, interactive design, visual design and testing.
  • Assist manager to conduct training to internal team stakeholders to have a better understanding of new products, system functions and operational process.
  • Identity areas where can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
  • Recommend improved solutions to internal team,. showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
  • Assist for the lifecycle management of each product: review developed solutions regularly, continuously provide and review optimization suggestions and demand side feedback to extend product life cycle.

Essential skills, Qualifications and Education needed:

  • Master’s degree in information technology/systems, computer science or business adminstration
  • experience in troubleshooting complex APIs
  • Experience in business development, product analysis, customer case and operations.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Chinese students, residents, dealers in Canada
  • Flexibility to work seamlessly with global team in different time zones.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, result-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; verbally, written, face-to-face and over the phone with partners and co-workers
  • Impressive proposal writing skills and presentation skill
