Job Description: 

1. Coordinate orders and shipments with forwarders
2. Maintain the status of all legal documents, company files and mails
3. Coordinate the trade show by preparing relevant materials
4. Answer and direct phone calls
5. Greet walk-in clients
6. Other general administrative duties assigned by management
7. Potentially sales


Requirements:

1. 1 year of Office Administration or relevant experience preferred
2. Completion of Post-Secondary or higher education preferred
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Strong organizational and planning skills in a dynamic working environment
5. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
