Job Duties:
1 Participate in the completion of recruitment projects and analyze job requirements;
2. Interview candidates or other preliminary interviews through various channels;
3 Assist consultants in interviewing and selecting candidates, and recommend suitable candidates according to the needs and characteristics of customers;
4. Coordinate and arrange customer interviews and solve problems encountered in the interview process in a timely manner;

Qualification:
1. Must have strong interests in the headhunting industry, be proactive, have strong logical thinking ability, and be professional;
2 Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, careful thinking, and attention to detail;
3 Mature and stable, able to withstand greater work pressure, with a high sense of responsibility;
4 Fluent in English, proficient in using excel and word in office software;
