RE/MAX Excel Realty Ltd. specializes in the sale, leasing, and management of both residential and commercial properties in the Greater Toronto and York Region areas. We are a full-service brokerage that offers a fully integrated platform that is designed to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. We also provide management services to residential and commercial real estate across the GTA.

The Property Manager we are looking for is to help us manage and supervise residential and commercial properties in the York Region area.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of proven experience in building, construction, and facility management
2. This position requires a sound understanding of all aspects relating to property and project management.
3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
4. Good computer skills including experience working with Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint and Teams are required
5. Must demonstrate strong relationship management skills and customer service orientation.
6. Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
7. Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
8. Must be flexible and a strong team player in order to conduct work within a team environment and be willing to share and exchange knowledge and ideas.

9. Fluent in both English and Mandarin


Duties:
1. Manage Building Operations including directing activities, establishing goals and objectives, performance evaluation, and communication.
2. Oversee and manage inside and outside environments for assigned apartments/buildings.
3. Provide satisfactory customer service to tenants and property owners, communicate with them and record their concerns and comments, and solve their problems or complaints
4. Create and maintain operational schedules, logs, inspection reports, and protocols to ensure that maintenance and servicing of the building’s systems are timely, thorough, and in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
5. Schedule to inspect and check public facilities to ensure smooth operations
6. Arrange technical staff to maintain and repair property/ facility when needed
7. Prepare building/ facility maintenance budget, record related cost, and help control the cost
