Office Admin
Duties:
-Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various software
-Responding to emails
-Preparing and reviewing excel reports
-Entry of data for the purpose of reporting
-Coordination of logistics and shipping
-Support the team with other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
-College diploma or above education background
-Excellent understanding of the office suite
-Strong skills in excel and word
-Extremely strong organization skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Sharp attention to detail and analytic skills.
-Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
