Job Requirement:

1. Education:

Full-time undergraduate degree or above. Journalism, radio and television journalism, communication studies, advertising, photography, film and television production, radio and television directors and other related majors are preferred.

2, Job responsibilities

1) Have strong camera professional skills, be proficient in using various types of camera equipment, have independent interviewing ability and video editing ability, and have the ability to search and organize related video materials;

2) Strong hands-on ability, able to operate Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and other non-linear editing software, as well as Photoshop, AE and other common image processing software;

3) It is possible to independently conduct the shooting of news, documentaries, feature films, and video editing and packaging work;

4) Full-time work in camera, post-production, editing, etc. for 3 years or more, and the winners of the works created by the master are preferred;

5) Have strong writing skills, editing and planning skills, and be able to independently complete video content planning;

6) Good interpersonal communication and adaptability skills, familiar with the lens language;

7) Have certain video program planning and production experience, and be able to complete the topic planning, interviewing, and post-editing of video news or documentary;

8) Having a G license and independent vehicle is a priority .
