Machine Repair and Mechanics Person Needed in Mississauga Envelop Factory

Location: Eglington & Tomken Rd

Hours: Rotating shift schedule(2 weeks per shift)

Day Shift: 6am – 2pm, Monday to Friday

Afernoon Shift: 2pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday

Night Shift: 10pm – 6am, Sunday to Thursday

Hourly Rate: Starting – $18.30, Upon Hire – $20.00 + $0.90 off-shift premium (when applicable)

Duty:

• Set up and run the envelop machine for maximum efficiency and top quality
• Work with Flexographic printing
• Adjust machine for optimum product quality and speed
• Inspect product during production
• Work closely with Machine Operator to ensure machine starts up safely & runs good quality product
• Feed machine with raw materials (paper, gum and ink)
• Perform maintenance on machine
• Use mechanical tools and read measuring devices
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Mechanical knowledge at current job 2-3 years of experience working on a machine.
• Must have safety shoes
• Troubleshoot – Hands on handy at home, working on cars fix it person.
• Skilled Trades Mechanical College Diploma is an asset
• Ability to differentiate all colors
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work rotating shift
