DevOps Engineer

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• 3+ years experience in DevOps

• 5+ years experience in shell scripting

• Design, develop, deploy AWS pipeline for CICD process utilizing cloud formation, CDK, terraform

• Having great written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in building CI/CD pipeline and build tools: Jenkins, Code Pipeline, Chef, Puppet

• Experience developing, deploying, and operating applications in AWS

• Experience working with Git and infrastructure as code

• Experience working with cloud technologies in AWS including EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2

• Having a full understanding of networking concepts including VPC TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, Load balancers, CDN

• Having a good understanding of security concepts (Dev-Sec-Ops) and tools such as Web Application Firewall (WAF), Shied, DDoS attack, Guarduity, Control tower

• Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases

• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions: NewRelic, Datadog, etc

Ideally, you also have experience with some of:

• AWS Certifications

• Experience with major programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, Golang, etc

• Data Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, New Relic

• Jenkins, CodeBuild, Terraform, Helm Charts

• Microservices, Kinesis, Kafka

• Good knowledge of data structure and algorithm
