Job description

What you will do:

1. Meeting minutes taking for management meeting

2. Reporting documents preparation

3. Other admin. Related work.

4. Mastery of both English and Mandarin is a strong plus

5. Confirms client appointments and reschedules and rebooks appointments for cancelled or missed dates

6. Updates client information on our System

7. Receives and screens emails, visitors and phone calls using judgment, professionalism and business courtesy.

8. Provides timely information and refers visitors or calls to other appropriate staff.

9. Undertakes other duties assigned by Manager & Coordinator

 

Who you are:

1. Post-secondary education required

2. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

3. Self-reliant and results-oriented

4. Ability to balance multiple assignments while adhering to aggressive timelines

6. Exceptional writing, listening, and speaking skills in English and Chinese 

7.Strong Excel skills

8.Catering industry resources are preferred
